Shipping policy

Shipping Timeline

• Most items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.  Processing takes 3-7 days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-10 days from our location in northern California.  Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can see your package traveling to you.  

• Large furniture ships through FreightClub or Uship. At checkout, you’ll receive real-time FreightClub shipping quotes, which may vary based on both weight and dimensional weight (the overall size of the packaged piece).

  Delivery timelines are estimates, but we provide tracking updates as your item travels. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, you’ll be contacted to schedule a four-hour delivery window.

  Delivery options vary by location and may include:
  • Threshold Delivery (to your doorstep or garage)
  • Room-of-Choice Delivery
  • White Glove Delivery (placement + packaging removal)

  All items are professionally packed for safe transport. Please inspect your piece upon arrival and contact us with any concerns.
